Cleaning Jewelry
To safely clean jewelry and keep it looking new, rub the surface to be polished with medium pressure. The non-scratching polishing and cleansing action works until the cloth is completely darkened. Do not wash the cloth. Polishing cloths simplify the mess of applying polish and having to remove the polish from the crevices around your gemstones. Your gemstones are not likely to be damaged from abrasives.

Jewelry Care
To prevent contaminating metals (silver with copper), a polishing cloth should be used for only one metal: one cloth for sterling silver, one for argentium silver, one for gold, one for brass, and one for copper. Use a marking pen to label the polishing cloths and keep them in labeled plastic bags.
