Payment Options
Online Orders
Using our on-line payment system will
enable us to ship your order our quickly. In order to provide a fast
and secure method of payment, we offer on-line payment through the Paypal
shopping cart. You do not have to have a Paypal account in order to pay via
credit card, debit card or e-check. This is the fastest method of payment
and allows us to ship your jewelry as soon as possible.
To order, simply click on the
'add to cart' button below the item you wish to purchase. At any time, you
may click on the 'view cart' button to delete or modify quantities in your
cart. When ready to check out, from the shopping cart, click 'Check Out' and
follow directions for payment.
If you do not have a Paypal
account, click on the link near the bottom of the check out page titled
'Don't have a Paypal account? Click here'.
This link will give you the option of secure online payment via credit card,
debit card or e-check.
Postal
Orders
We welcome snail mail orders.
Please include a description of your jewelry order and payment, including
shipping (refer to shipping rate table below). NC residents must also
include 7% sales tax. We accept personal checks, money orders and cashier's
checks. Orders paid by personal check may be held for 10 business to allow
payment to clear our bank.
Because many of our items are
one-of-a-kind, you may wish to have us hold your item while your payment is

We are unable to take phone
orders at this time, but would be happy to place an item on hold and help
you over the phone with your snail mail or online order. Please email the
item numbers or descriptions of the jewelry you wish for us to hold, your
phone number and the best time to contact you to

Shipping
Orders will be shipped within 1-3 days of payment confirmation. All orders
are shipped through the US Postal service via Priority Mail for delivery
within the US within 1 – 3 days of shipping date.

Returns
We accept
returns in original condition within 10 days of receipt. Please contact us
at info@GemstoneBeadJewelry.com for return authorization. We offer
replacement or a full refund less shipping cost.
After receiving return authorization from us, ship your item with a copy of
